2. What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies allow storing or accessing information on the user's device. They may be necessary for the website to work, to remember preferences requested by the user or to measure site usage.

3. How HOSTELELLA uses cookies

4. Analytics cookies currently planned

HOSTELELLA configures Google Analytics only after user consent and keeps advertising purposes disabled unless separate consent is informed and requested. When the user declines analytics, HOSTELELLA attempts to delete known analytics cookies on the available domain.

5. Own technical storage

6. Consent and configuration

Where non-essential cookies exist, HOSTELELLA will display a notice allowing analytics to be accepted or declined clearly, prominently and at the same level, without declining being harder than accepting. If several non-essential categories are added in the future, granular configuration will be offered. Non-essential cookies will not be installed before obtaining valid consent. The choice will be retained and requested again no later than 24 months, or sooner if purposes or third parties materially change.

You can change your choice from the privacy/cookies button available on the website. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings.

6.1 Pixels and measurement links in email

Cookie rules also cover pixels and equivalent technologies embedded in emails. At HOSTELELLA:

7. Third parties

If third-party services for analytics, security, content playback or support are enabled, their purpose will be disclosed and, where necessary, consent will be requested before activating them. HOSTELELLA does not sell personal data.

When a user opens a Stripe-hosted checkout or portal, they leave the HOSTELELLA domain and Stripe may use cookies or storage that are strictly necessary for security, fraud prevention, session continuity and payment processing under its own policy. The native PaymentSheet does not add HOSTELELLA web cookies.

8. Changes

This Policy may be updated when cookies, providers or purposes change. The current version will be available on the website.
