The app reads documents, helps with shift schedules and answers about authorised business data on every plan, each with its own monthly AI usage limit. The AI proposes and you review: sensitive actions keep confirmation and access follows each person's role.

What happens to my data if I stop using it?
You can request an export or deletion of your data subject to the service terms and applicable legal obligations. Data is stored encrypted in the European Union.
Does the AI make mistakes reading invoices?
It can make mistakes. The app therefore shows the extracted data for you to review and correct before confirming the record.
