Ella, the AI assistant, reads your paperwork, prepares rotas and answers with your business data on every plan, each with its own monthly AI usage limit. What adds up is recorded; what doesn't add up, she asks you. Each person sees only what their role allows.

What is a restaurant back office?

It's all the management work that happens behind the dining room: purchasing, invoices, inventory, shifts, clock-in and numbers. Hostelella brings it into one app so it doesn't depend on paper, spreadsheets and messaging groups.

Does it replace my POS?

No. Hostelella isn't a POS: it doesn't take payments or print receipts. It works alongside yours: upload the day's till close and the sales go into your numbers.

Can I run several venues?

Yes. Each venue is a business within the same account, with its own numbers, paperwork, team and plan. You switch between them in the app.

How much does it cost and how does the trial work?

Plans start at €9.99 + VAT per venue/month. The first trial lasts 7 days, requires no card and is granted once per user.

Which devices does it work on?

iPhone (App Store), Android (Google Play) and web browser. Your team can use it on their phones and you from wherever you prefer; the data is the same everywhere.

What happens to my data if I stop using it?

You can request an export or deletion of your data subject to the service terms and applicable legal obligations. Data is stored encrypted in the European Union; some providers (AI, email and payments) may process it outside the European Economic Area under GDPR safeguards.

Does the AI make mistakes reading invoices?

It can. That's why it checks amounts, tax identity and duplicates before recording: what adds up is recorded and what doesn't, it asks you about. You can always open the original and correct the data.
