How much does the Hostelella app cost?
Plans start at €9.99 + VAT per venue/month. The first trial lasts 7 days, requires no card and is granted once per user; if already used, you choose a plan and complete the first payment when creating the venue.
What is included in the 7-day trial?
It activates Ella Pro — the highest AI usage limits — for 7 days on your first venue, with no card. All three plans share the same features, so before it ends you pick Basic, Ella or Ella Pro based on how much you use her; if you don't pick a plan, the business is paused and your data is kept under the communicated terms.
Does it work for bars, restaurants and hotels?
Yes. We work with restaurants, bars and cafés, hotels and multi-venue groups. The app is multi-business from day one.
How do you read my invoices and receipts?
Take a photo or upload the PDF and the AI extracts supplier, line items, amounts and VAT. You review and confirm before anything is recorded in your books.
What happens to my data?
