The first trial lasts 7 days, is free and requires no card. We remind you before it ends; without a plan, the business is paused and your data is kept. If you already used a trial, the first charge is requested when creating the venue.
Basic keeps the entire operation manual. Ella adds document automation and the assistant; Ella Pro adds AI shift generation and higher AI capacity. Automated recipes and recipe costing are planned, but are not sold as an available feature yet.
The subscription belongs to the business and its owner is responsible for payment. If the owner changes, ownership and payment responsibility move together through bilateral acceptance.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about plans and billing
When is the first charge made?
There is no automatic charge during the trial: the first charge only happens when you choose a plan (when the trial ends, or on confirmation if it already ended). Before confirming you will see the date and the monthly amount before VAT; Stripe calculates and adds applicable taxes.
Can I use another trial with another account?
No. A trial is granted once per user and payer. If that payer already used a trial, the first payment must be completed before the venue is created.
What happens if a payment fails?
We notify the owner and provide a recovery period. Afterwards, operational actions are safely locked, while information is retained for the communicated period.
Can I change or cancel the plan?
Yes. Upgrades show proration before confirmation; downgrades and cancellations are scheduled for the end of the period where applicable.
Is Ella Director included in Ella Pro?
No. Ella Director is a professional human-delivered service with its own scope and proposal; it is not another SaaS subscription.
