If you'd rather run the numbers yourself, there's the app. If you'd rather focus on your business and your customers, we take care of it: we work towards concrete margin targets, with dates, and sit down with you every month to review the KPIs. The app — always included — is our shared tool: you see everything we do, up to date, from your phone.

The app is the software: you and your team use it, from €9.99 + VAT per venue/month. Full management, Ella Director, is a service delivered by people who take on operations leadership with you; it is not another app plan and has no public price.
Can I outsource only part of the management?
Yes. The scope is tailored after the free assessment: it can focus on purchasing and suppliers, on costs or on team organisation. You decide what to delegate and keep the final say.
How much does full management cost?
It depends on the size and situation of your business; the scope is tailored rather than fixed. The free assessment produces a concrete proposal with scope and price. No lock-in: if you don't see value, you leave.
Will I lose control of my business?
The opposite. You keep the final say on every decision and see everything we do in the app, up to date. Our job is to bring you clear numbers and proposals — deciding is always yours.
